Audio and subtitles are chosen in the player of the service you open from Watch now, usually from a speech-bubble icon. The original soundtrack is always there; the dubs and subtitles depend on the service and the country.
Where the dubs are richest
The large Hollywood films carry the most tracks, often a dozen languages. The South Indian films carry Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam versions, and the anime carries Japanese with English subtitles plus English and Hindi dubs for the popular series. The Hindi dubbed page covers that track in detail.
Subtitles for the international shelves
The French, Spanish and Chinese films on AntMovies carry English subtitles on every service that lists them, and the title page shows the original title so the right edition is easy to find.
